No. You pay once for a specific Secret Santa game. There are no automatic renewals or monthly charges.

Only the organiser pays. Invited players can join, see their match and create a wishlist for free.

You can create and set up a game and invite people for free. A paid option is only needed when more than 10 players want to join and the organiser is ready to draw names.

Additional players can leave their details and wait for activation. The organiser can add the required places or choose a larger plan without losing any game settings.

Yes. If you have already bought extra places, their cost will be credited when you upgrade. You will not pay the full amount twice.

Yes. Company games can be paid by card, or we can provide an invoice and accounting documents.

You can request a full refund before names are drawn. After the draw, a refund is available if a technical issue prevented the game from running.
